At JINEE STORE, we value customer experience above all. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please contact us with any questions about damaged or defective products within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to find a suitable replacement, issue a refund or a store credit.

All products must be new, unused and with the original packaging to be accepted.

Items NOT eligible for return

  • Personalized items or custom orders
  • Oversized & overweight items
  • Items specified as not returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way.
  • Final sale, open box, and clearance items
  • Items that are not in resalable condition or items missing the original packaging
  • Items over 30 days of delivery

All items for return need to have all of its original components and packaging. We recommend packing your item with additional packaging if needed for the product to arrive safe at our return center. JINEE STORE reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in their original condition. Items damaged during transit will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.

Return Fees

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different color/variant/size, please contact us.

For exchanges, you will need to return the original item received. Once received at our return center, we will send you store credit for the full value of the item purchased. You can use the store credit to place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged and defective products

We suggest that you inspect all packaging received for any defects. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.

We will require images of the damage to the product and of the original packaging received along with its shipping label.

Damaged items need to be reported within 3 days of receipt. Once it has been received, we will reach out to you within 1 business day. We are not responsible for items received and not inspected in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to deny liability after 30 days of the order being delivered.

If the item is discontinued, we can not replace it and can only offer store credit if the request is made within our 3-day policy timeframe.

Refunds and Store credits

Upon arrival, your item will be checked by our team, and exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. All refunds are subject to our return policy.

Store credit will be available if you have not received your items due to shipping delays.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Bear in mind if the order was processed below this time frame and already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. If the order already shipped, it’s ok, simply follow our return policy and return your item once you receive it.
